Nick is a trial lawyer who represents and advises clients in both litigation and arbitration. Nick has tried a range of commercial cases and, in recent years, has obtained jury verdicts of $96 million (net) and $60 million (net) and a take-nothing arbitration award on multi-million dollar claims for energy industry clients.   

Nick’s practice focuses on handling disputes in the energy industry, including a variety of oil and gas matters.  Nick also has significant experiencing handling antitrust, unfair competition, and trade secrets matters, M&A and PSA disputes, and other commercial disputes.
