Stacy is Managing Counsel at Occidental Petroleum Corporation in Houston, Texas.  Stacy manages and oversees litigation and arbitration matters on behalf of each of Oxy’s business units, including oil and gas, midstream and chemicals.  Stacy also provides pre-litigation counseling to Oxy’s business representatives and assists with electronic discovery, records retention and other matters.

Prior to joining Oxy, Stacy was a litigator at Vinson & Elkins in Houston where she litigated and arbitrated a wide variety of oil and gas and commercial disputes.
