Tod Everage is a partner in the New Orleans office of Kean Miller LLP where he practices in the Offshore Energy and Maritime Litigation Practice Group. Tod’s litigation practice primarily involves representing oil and gas operators (offshore and midstream) and their contractors in federal court, having tried several cases to verdict. In recent years, Tod has utilized his litigation experience to expand his client services into the areas of commercial transactions and federal regulatory and environmental permitting work for offshore infrastructure projects. Tod serves as outside general counsel for several of his oilfield clients. Tod is a 2009 graduate of Loyola University – New Orleans College of Law and is licensed to practice law in Louisiana and Texas.
