Alexandra Wilde is a partner in Clifford Chance's Houston office. She focuses on complex domestic and cross-border transactions in the energy and infrastructure sectors. Her experience includes private equity investments, acquisitions and divestitures, joint ventures, and general corporate matters. Alex has broad experience in energy transition and traditional energy matters, such as solar, wind, carbon capture, utilization and sequestration, battery storage, renewable energy, waste-to-energy, biofuels, specialty chemicals and traditional oil and gas.
