With over 18 years of experience and covering a diverse range of practice areas Tony is currently Senior Counsel at Chevron supporting several Chevron functional areas including downstream fuels and renewable fuels projects, joint ventures, and initiatives. Tony joined Chevron after serving as Senior Legal Manager for Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (“SABIC” – subsidiary of Saudi Aramco) where he was leading various, including, commercial, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and financing work streams. Prior to that, he served as Associate General Counsel for an international private equity firm after leaving private practice. Tony has led and dealt with numerous transactions His practice areas and experiences have ranged from multibillion dollar joint ventures, financing arrangements, private equity mergers and acquisitions, to strategic investments. Tony lives in Houston, Texas with his wife, three children (two girls, one boy), and dog (golden retriever).
